Description: Join AAAS for an enchanting evening bringing together art and scholarship. Spellbound showcases local and national artists staging queer and fantastic performances spanning ritual, remembrance, and re-orientation. Artists include Candace Persuasion, Anh Vo, Feda Eid, payal kumar, Qais Assali, Laurel Nakadate, and more. Gathering in a historic foundry in Cambridge, the event will also feature creative vendors and a DJ.
Spellbound is curated by Lena Chen, Evan Sakuma [NAMI], Wenxuan Xue, Sung-Min Kim, and Kareem Khubchandani.
